Matt Green
Matthew is extremely passionate in helping people with chronic pain and sports injuries. His participation at a high level of Australian Football, VFL and SANFL, has helped prepare him for the focus and dedication required to help people overcome their long term pain and dysfunction.
Matthew has overcome serious injuries himself through self treatment. Injuries included chronic shoulder dysfunction and back pain after seeing many so called specialists that only offered short term relief. This experience has really helped him relate and understand the frustration that people in chronic pain go through. The experience has also made Matthew 100% congruent when he says that he can fix you, even if you have seemingly exhausted all other options.

Charles Jones
Charles
is an extremely focused practitioner with over ten years working in the
fitness industry both in Australia and the UK. More recent roles as a
sports trainer has given Charles expansive and invaluable experience suitable
to achieving results with his current patients. Charles has a passion
and a good track record for helping people achieve their goals, whether
they are fitness and strength related or in the filed of corrective exercise
and injury rehabilitation. A passion for Martial Arts sparked Charles'
interest in human anatomy and physiology, whilst the continual frustration
with receiving ineffective treatments after multiple injuries provided
him the motivation to learn about healing efficiently and effectively.
Charles ability to overcome his own injuries, through a determined, disciplined
and patient approach has allowed him a brilliant understanding of what
it takes to achieve positive results with people suffering from chronic
and acute pain. Although Charles' junior sporting background included
Australian Rules Football and Rugby he has since focused more on boxing,
martial arts, functional and rehabilitative exercise.
